1x32 Fiber Splitter

The "1x32" designation indicates that the splitter has one input fiber and 32 output fibers. The input fiber is connected to the main optical signal source, such as an optical line terminal (OLT) in a passive optical network (PON) system. The 32 output fibers are connected to individual endpoints, such as customer premises in a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment.
The optical cable splitter utilizes a technology called Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) to split the optical signal. Inside the splitter, the input signal is divided into multiple equal power output signals using a series of waveguide structures. PLC splitters provide low insertion loss, high split ratios, and excellent signal uniformity across the output fibers.
